Suggested popular restaurants (you may decide whether to visit at your own expense): Jiangxi restaurants loved by local people may have queues when busy! Jiangxi food is also strongly seasoned and spicy. If you cannot eat spicy food, you may choose another restaurant that suits you. These recommendations are for reference only.

Suggested dishes at Dapinghuo: signature bullfrog / braised large chicken feet / spicy crab with rice cakes / Jinggangshan tofu skin / white-sugar cake / lotus-root slices (for reference only)

1、

Bayi Square

Bayi Square: Culture, commerce, entertainment, leisure, dining and services come together here, with major roads connecting different parts of the city. It is a centre of civic activity in Nanchang, Jiangxi. The square is an important stop for revolutionary-history tourism, with the August First Uprising Memorial Tower reflecting Nanchang's revolutionary heritage. Experience its strong historical atmosphere!

2、

Jiangxi Provincial Art Museum

Jiangxi Provincial Art Museum: This free museum displays many works by modern and contemporary Chinese artists. You may book a visit yourself (closed every Monday). If you cannot get a reservation, take photos at Bayi Square across the road instead; sunset and the night views are both attractive.

3. Wanshou Palace: The old town has many lanes, each with its own cultural character. At Kuncha's second floor, a much-anticipated flute performance draws people together when the performer's window opens. The music creates a vivid, atmospheric scene.

The performance time is 19:00–20:30 daily. Bamboo flute, erhu and pipa performances alternate; there is not a bamboo-flute performance every day! Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday: bamboo flute; Wednesday and Friday: erhu; Sunday and Monday: pipa.

We recommend exploring the snack street on Zhubao Street, near Wanshou Palace.

Suggested small eateries: Zhang Liushu Nanchang Cuisine, Xiao Deng Stinky Tofu, Chen Ji Handmade Mung Bean Cakes and Hongdu Damuzhi (drinks). Guests may choose whether to visit according to their interests.

You can also try Nanchang's classic snacks: smooth, tasty Nanchang rice noodles, rich earthenware-pot soup and sweet white-sugar cake. Every bite brings a satisfying taste of the city!

Reminder: No staff member will accompany you through hotel check-in on the first day. If you encounter any problem at the hotel, contact our staff immediately (your travel coordinator or the hotel reception), so that we can help resolve it quickly.

Qiushui Square

Qiushui Square: The waterscape stretches 800 metres, with the main fountain jet reaching 128 metres. Together with its patriotic musical programme, it creates a striking visual effect. If you have the opportunity while in Nanchang, do visit!

Qiushui Square musical fountain opening times and location:

First show: 19:30–19:45 (15 minutes)

Second show: 20:30–20:45 (15 minutes). Shows are suspended in bad weather. The fountain performs daily.

D4Wuyuan [Visit the popular town and immerse yourself in Huizhou-style village life and harvest-drying scenes] → End of a pleasant journey

Transport: Shanghai → Nanchang
Breakfast: Included Lunch: At your own expense Dinner: At your own expense
Itinerary:

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Children receive complimentary breakfast; there is no refund if it is not used.

After breakfast, travel by vehicle to

Wuyuan Huangling Scenic Area

Wuyuan Huangling Scenic Area

Huangling brings together the essence of travel in Wuyuan, combining ancient villages, old trees, terraced fields and flowers, and traditional harvest-drying customs in a beautiful rural setting. Huangling can be visited in every season: enjoy fields of rapeseed flowers in spring, canyon stream-walking in summer, village harvest-drying scenes in autumn, and folk-custom holidays in winter.

Huaxi Water Street: With flowing streams and flowers all around, it feels like arriving in Lijiang.

Popular photo stops: [Photography Bar, Wugui Hall, Shaigongfang, the large harvest-drying platform, Strange House, Yixin Building, Shuhe Hall and the Patriotic Wall].

Spring: Rapeseed flowers bloom in March. Tens of thousands of mu of layered terraced fields create a breathtaking scene like a beautiful ink-and-oil painting. Get close to the sea of flowers and savour the fragrance of spring.

Summer: Huangling is peaceful and unhurried, with changing flower landscapes of crape myrtle, roses and other blooms. In the afternoon, layers of light mist rise through the wooded hills, creating a dreamlike setting.

Autumn: For autumn scenery and photography, Huangling's ancient village is a mysterious place hidden away for a thousand years, and a wonderful place to enjoy the season. Its year-round shaiqiu harvest-drying landscape becomes especially colourful as autumn produce fills the drying trays.

Winter: Huangling is quiet and serene. When heavy snow falls, icicles hang from the trees and thick snow covers the rooftop drying poles, creating a scene of 'snow-drying' in Huangling. The whole village becomes a sparkling fairy-tale world.

Scenic-area transport fee included: cable car.
