Arrivals by plane, high-speed train or conventional train can all be collected. Our pickup staff will wait at the station or airport in advance, then take you to your hotel to check in and rest.

A Guinness World Record light show can be watched at 20:30, except on rainy days.

Those prone to motion sickness may bring motion-sickness tablets or patches to help with discomfort.

After breakfast, travel to Sanqingshan (The return cable car costs CNY125 per person, at your own expense.) Reminder: a loop around Sanqingshan's main sights generally takes approximately 5 hours, including approximately 3 hours on elevated walkways and 2 hours on steps. Today's itinerary involves mountain walking, so choose suitable clothing and footwear. Facilities are limited and prices are higher on the mountain; bring packed food and water to maintain your energy. Older travellers may bring a walking stick, generally also sold at the scenic-area entrance.
Tip: Sanqingshan has short, medium and long loops. The guide accompanies and gives commentary along the route chosen by most guests in the group. You may also choose a route according to your fitness. The short loop generally takes 2–3 hours (recommended for a gentler visit); the medium loop approximately 4–5 hours (suitable for most visitors and recommended); and the long loop approximately 5–6 hours. If you cannot complete the full route, you can return along the same way.

Huangling captures the essence of Wuyuan tourism, combining ancient villages, old trees, terraced fields and flowers, and traditional harvest-drying customs in a beautiful rural setting. Huangling can be visited in every season: enjoy fields of rapeseed flowers in spring, canyon stream-walking in summer, village harvest-drying scenes in autumn, and folk-custom holidays in winter.
Spring: Rapeseed flowers bloom in March. Tens of thousands of mu of layered terraced fields create a breathtaking scene like a beautiful ink-and-oil painting. Get close to the sea of flowers and savour the fragrance of spring.
Summer: Huangling is peaceful and unhurried, with changing flower landscapes of crape myrtle, roses and other blooms. In the afternoon, layers of light mist rise through the wooded hills, creating a dreamlike setting.
Autumn: For autumn scenery and photography, Huangling's ancient village is a mysterious place hidden away for a thousand years, and a wonderful place to enjoy the season. Its year-round shaiqiu harvest-drying landscape becomes especially colourful as autumn produce fills the drying trays.
Winter: Huangling is quiet and serene. When heavy snow falls, icicles hang from the trees and thick snow covers the rooftop drying poles, creating a scene of 'snow-drying' in Huangling. The whole village becomes a sparkling fairy-tale world.
